4th Ward Community Leader Joe Arnett will be making a major announcement concerning his future plans for the San Bernardino City Council on Thursday, July 9th.

WHERE: On the steps outside San Bernardino City Hall
Mr. Arnett will be joined by dozens of 4th Ward residents and neighborhood leaders, as well as San Bernardino Council members Chas Kelley and Wendy McCammack; former Mayor Evlyn Wilcox and San Bernardino City Firefighters’ President Scott Moss.
