It is really no surprise that Tobin Brinker is supported by Fred Shorett. Fred's primary method to earn voter trust was to make promises knowing full well he would later flip-flop. I can hear him now in the closed door conversation -- Tell 'em what they want to hear, then do what you want. It worked for me.

The Mayor also supports Brinker. I wonder how much city business the Mayor is working on while he juggles the largest corruption scandal to hit the county of San Bernardino since the Collonies. I'm on page 4 of the executive summary and I can't believe the gross mismanagement and how much tax payer waste there is that we won't ever know about. He really ought to step down. To the nay-Sayers... Penman has nothing to do with the Airport Scandal. Morris brought this on himself. I'm pretty sure Penman was calling for more transparency. No, no we don't want that. I'm frankly surprised there were not warrants served on the home and office of Morris too. I have a feeling there is more to come as the resignations begin.
